A drone light show is a stunning aerial display where multiple drones, equipped with high-powered LED lights, fly in a synchronized pattern to create breathtaking visual effects. Using precise programming and GPS technology, our drones form animations, logos, and custom graphics in the night sky, offering an eco-conscious alternative to fireworks.
Our drone light displays are an eco-conscious alternative to traditional fireworks, eliminating noise pollution, chemical waste, and single-use plastics. With no debris or harmful emissions, our displays are perfect for venues that prioritize sustainability, wildlife safety, and community-friendly entertainment.
The duration of a drone light show depends on the complexity of the design and the number of drones used. Most of our performances last between 5 to 11 minutes, ensuring a visually impactful experience without exceeding drone battery limitations. Our drones can fly for a maximum show length of 15 minutes.
Consultation – We discuss your event, budget, and design preferences.
Concept & Design – Our team creates a custom drone choreography plan.
Testing & Approval – We run simulations and conduct test flights.
On-Site Setup – Our team ensures all safety and compliance checks are met.
Live Performance – Enjoy a seamless, breathtaking drone light show.
Every drone show begins with a detailed consultation to understand your vision and event needs. Our team of creative designers then uses 3D animation software to develop a custom light show. This is an back-and-fourth process between us and you, until we get to the stage where we are proud of our creation. Once the design is approved, we test the sequence in a simulated environment before live on-site testing to ensure flawless execution.
We can also fly our own designed drone shows if budget doesn't permit a custom show.
How long is a piece of string?
This depends on the design, complexity and length of the show. It can take months of back and fourth, as this is an iterative process between us and you. As a minimum, for a custom show, we recommend at least two-months of notice.

For a safe and effective drone show, we require:
A clear flight zone (free of obstructions such as buildings or trees).
Permissions from relevant aviation authorities (we handle all approvals).
A secure area for drone takeoff and landing.
Our team manages all safety protocols to ensure a smooth performance.

Yes. Unfortunately, we are not able to just arrive on-site and fly and careful flight planning needs to be completed before flying.
1. Pre-flight paperwork
This allows us to consider restrictions within the area we plan to fly e.g. local airspace restrictions, built-up areas. This could involve contacting local ATCs where necessary and submitting a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM).
2. Risk assessment
We conduct a thorough risk assessment, based on the task and restrictions.
3. Weather forecast
We keep a close eye on the weather in the run up to the filming date. If the weather looks bad, we are happy to reschedule at a later date (no additional cost).
4. On-site risk assessment
Finally, we complete an on-site risk assessment when we arrive at the task address. This allows us to identify and record any risks we may have missed e.g. powerlines.
Maximum altitude of 600 feet above ground level (AGL), as stated from the CAA.
The cost of a drone light display varies based on the number of drones used, show complexity, and location. We also offer "pre-designed" shows, or "part-designed shows" to help reduce costs. Prices typically range from £7,000 to £50,000. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your event needs.
